Porada: Taming the wood
Mar 22, 2021

Hard wood does not lend itself to every craftsman. However, the Italian factory Porada has tamed this difficult material and based it on elegant interior collections.
The Ester chair (pictured) was designed by the designer S. Bigi's chair is relatively new. Light and airy, it is made from solid ash wood. The open backrest adds lightness to the product, but it is as comfortable as a closed backrest. One version of the model is complemented by beautifully curved armrests, the shape of which is associated with animal horns. The soft and comfortable seat is upholstered in textured fabrics from the Porada collection in terracotta, mustard and yellow shades. The fabrics are hard-wearing and make the Ester chairs suitable for restaurants, cafés and other high-traffic environments. Like all Porada products, Ester chairs can also add an artistic touch to an interior. The curved wood creates a warm and refined atmosphere that is sure to be remembered by guests and where they will want to return to.
