According to the Pantone colour institute, these are two independent colours, the union of which creates an inspiring colour pair combining depth and thoughtfulness with the optimistic promise of a sunny day.
Illuminating is a bright and cheerful yellow, sparkling with vitality, a warming shade filled with sunny energy. Ultimate Gray represents the strong and robust elements that last forever and create a solid foundation. The colour of pebbles on the beach and weathered elements of nature, whose appearance emphasises their ability to withstand the test of time, Ultimate Gray quietly reassures us, stimulating feelings of coolness, stability and resilience.
The Pantone Colour Institute experts are convinced that this combination is the best expression of the mood of 2021, emphasising how different elements can come together to support one another.
