Gervasoni: The Italian brand's new outdoor collections

A stone's throw away from spring...
Everyone wants warmth. And despite the fact that in Italy the calendar spring will arrive much later, the inhabitants of "the boot" are already thoroughly preparing collections of outdoor furniture. Flexform, Baxter, B&B Italia, Gervasoni, Ethimo, Pedralli, Potocco, Moroso, Kartell are just a partial list of top Italian brands, which products our designers recommend for outdoor decoration.
Let's start getting acquainted with the novelties today. The Italian design icon, Paola Navone, used the time available for quarantine to good effect and designed new collections for Gervasoni, for which she has been art director for over 20 years.
Win, Panda and Jeko are the latest collections designed by Paola Navone. All of them are marked by fine craftsmanship and aesthetic quality, practicality, experimentation in the materials used and eclectic chic resulting from the author's travels.
The same elegance and compositional freedom that Paola Navone demonstrates in her interiors allow you to personalise your terrace, pool deck, lawn or garden without stylistic restrictions.
The Win collection offers various configurations of sofas where additional components can be inserted, such as table tops between the cushions. The aluminium structure is optionally upholstered in white or grey and complemented by natural teak armrests.
The Panda collection includes a range of furniture: armchairs, poufs, sofas and ottomans with welcoming, enveloping shapes. The frame of the pieces is made of aluminium, while the top is hand-finished with Panda Resin, a durable and 100% recyclable polyethylene tape. The innovative weave is available in white or melange grey.
The armchairs, sofas, tables and tables in the Jeko collection are made from durable, long-lasting and environmentally friendly teak ECOTeak. To make them, we use old teak beams and parts left after the sanctioned demolition of traditional huts on the island of Java in Indonesia.
Parts of the resulting wood are milled to the right size, cracks and other damage are repaired with wood scraps, put together and sanded to bring out the beauty of the wood's texture. The final finish is done by hand polishing.
The seats and backrests are made of polyurethane foam, providing them with softness, elasticity and durability, and have removable waterproof covers. The fabric is treated with special water-repellent protective compounds, is not exposed to the sun and does not fade, and all seams are heat-sealed.
