GERVASONI's fantasy world. Exclusive from iSaloni-2018!

Apr 26, 2018

The Milan Furniture Show is over, and as usual it is only the starting point for further research and creative developments. Now we need to take stock of what we have seen, think about new trends and predict how design innovations can intertwine and coexist together in the interior.

New Studio traditionally offers a summary of the show at iSaloni. For all visitors of the exhibition and those who followed us from Minsk, the most "tasty" expositions of the world's manufacturers and only exclusive photos!

And the first piece will be about Gervasoni - an Italian brand with a narcotic effect, so captivating and extraordinary fantasy images from Paola Navone.

This time there are many textured surfaces on display, inspired by the texture and colour of cement. Through the many braids, light seeps in irregularly, giving rise to a striking-light effect and further accentuating the complex textures.  Against a backdrop of graphic black and white wallpaper, the result is a slightly magical and sparse space, an interior which intrigues and surprises with its simplicity on closer inspection.

The stand was divided into four living and three dining areas, in which new items from previous collections naturally complement each other. For example, the factory's newest offering is the MORE collection, which includes an armchair with a corner element, a pouffe, and a dormeuse. Upholstered furniture is also represented by MIK and NEXT 18 sofas (each with two lengths and new finishes), CARVE 07 armchairs and the well-known NUVOLA. And beautiful families of tables and tables the factory offers in three lines: MOON, NEWS 108 and CROSS. For example, the composition of round, square and rectangular tables MOON is new in 2018 - and looks very unusual.

Overall, the exhibition is characterised by a mix of collections and materials: wood, ceramics, marble and aluminium reveal completely unexpected connections between things. Fabrics are given the role of colour accents, the refined palette of grey is brought to life through unexpected splashes of blue, acid green, purple and orange.

New Studio is a representative of the Italian factory Gervasoni in Belarus.
