Kitchen of the week: Mia from Aran Cucine

Apr 30, 2021

How do you combine a kitchen, living room and home office in an open plan flat? At first glance, this doesn't seem to be an easy task. But the Italian brand Aran Cucine responds vividly to changing realities and offers original design solutions.

An example of this is the factory's best-selling Mia kitchen range, a fresh and dynamic model that is characterised by great versatility. It features a combination of straight and curved lines and contrasts between smooth and rough surfaces. The sandy finish of the bases and columns is complemented by the Vesuvio textured finish with a worn effect, seen on the doors of the wall cabinets.  In addition to the original composition of the corner kitchen, there is another find here: the island intersects with an asymmetrical snack table made of black spruce. It is this finishing that is played up by the functional element that appears in the living area and consists of a library and low containers. An open long shelf in the library turns into a desk, if necessary, thus creating a discreet and comfortable home office. And the concealed bins next to it organise all your documents and keep them out of sight. For example, the Mia model allows you to create continuity between the elements of the kitchen, living and work areas. With a high degree of customisation, Aran Cucine creates a harmonious integrated environment without giving up on stylish design.

Overall, the 2020-21 season was a time of significant restyling for the brand. The company has expanded its range of kitchen finishes and significantly enriched its colour palette, which has opened up new possibilities in the design of studio flats, no matter how large the space.

New Studio is the official representative of the Italian factory Aran Cucine in Belarus.
